Our Design/Build capabilities can help flesh out your basic ideas and turn them into a viable project. We can even bring your project to life in a 3-D rendering, so you can get a clear idea of the end result. We subscribe to numerous publications and frequently attend trade shows so we can stay abreast of all the latest techniques and materials. We’re practical, but with an eye for aesthetics. Seamless integration of room additions is one of our specialties.

We take pride in our workmanship, and so will you. Starting from square one, we’ll utilize our sophisticated computer software to produce accurate plans. (Or, if you’d like to work with an architect, we’ve had the pleasure of working with many outstanding architectural firms in the area and would be happy to recommend someone.) We use only high-quality materials and employ a talented workforce. We’ll keep the job site as neat as possible and do our best to leave adjacent areas undisturbed. The lowest bid doesn’t always mean you will be getting the best value for your dollar. “Low-balling” contractors, when they realize they have underbid a job, may make up their losses by charging you for so-called “extras” or by sacrificing quality. Our written agreement clearly states what is included in our price. Any additional work will be documented on change orders that spell out exactly the change you have requested, the cost involved and whether or not it may delay completion. No surprises and no misunderstandings. And in our experience 95% of all our change orders have been generated by the customer who realizes we’re a great value and wants to further utilize our talents while the project is in progress.
